Course Purchases

Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your course purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must not have accessed or completed more than 10% of the course content. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to process your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, we’ll review it and notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank or payment account. Then contact your payment provider, as it may take some time for the refund to post. If you’ve checked and still don’t see it, reach out to us at support@upskiill.com.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Courses purchased at a discounted or promotional price are non-refundable. Free courses or trial access are not eligible for refunds.
